Lincoln Global Order Entry is an application that helps global Lincoln dealers manage and trade stock, report sales, and edit orders.

When I joined the GOE team in 2017, I was the only designer, and the team was excited to embrace the UX approach. I established the UX process and worked with the PM and engineers to improve the user experience.

We started our journey by understanding user behaviors through the Google Analytics data, customer interviews, and surveys sent through our dashboard. After understanding the why behind the user behaviors, we addressed the pain points and optimized their workflow.

To keep the consistency of the look and feel, I also created a Lincoln style guide for the GOE team and shared it with other groups who were working on Lincoln applications.
